Angi...I do NOT agree that any company you have matched me with is then allowed to SPAM me. Why would I agree to this? Per Angi's site, "I agree that the pro may use automated technology and prerecorded messages to deliver marketing calls or texts regarding my project to the phone number I provided". NO THANKS.

Terrible app. Non-stop spam calls and emails since signing up. Somehow, the spammers have my correct email, but every contractor I have contacted through the app doesn't get my correct email.

can't even get account setup right with a phone number is used by someone else before. Edit: I did contact your CS. She told me that I need to initiate a project. I told her that I just want my phone number verified. She hung up on me, also had that "not lisening" vibe.

I pro never showed up someone else did but the shed never been installed it's still on the ground yes I am upset you need to send the right people with the right job.I deserve my money back because I haven't received any work. I will never hire another pro from Angi

I talked to someone on the phone today at 1 o'clock and canceled this because because you had already canceled a half hour before they were supposed to be here that's not acceptable. This is all been canceled.

Don’t use this app
This app IS TERRIBLE. I used Angi in June and the guy complained about his pay, didn't have the right tools and didn't finish the job. Took 3-4 hours to put a dresser together. Dealing with customer service making me wait 2 business days were terrible. Used Angi for tv mount: had my phone blown up asking me to change my time when I picked the time of my availability. Had 3 different numbers text me. The guy didn't show up after all that and had the audacity to ask me to reschedule I had to wait another day. The guy who was second did better Tv stand: again another pro asking me to change my time when as a customer we pick the time with our availability but this app terrible that the customer is not right. The first guy of the tv stand said I need to book for more hours. Unreliable. The replacement was booked the same day because I refused to wait any longer. The replacement pro took the 1.5 hours. Coffee table: booked 8am. I get a text the day of 12:48am saying won't be there till 9:40am due to car issues. Now because it's the day of I can't book a different pro. I selected the time and been seen the pro information picked 2 days before. Why are they allowed to cancel or not show up less than 24 hours before and why do the customers have to wait 2 days. Unacceptable. All this to say this is cheap and ghetto. Never had problems with handy. Don't use this app. Customer service chat takes too long and the hold on the phone will transfer you and make you wait. Even though it's not your fault unreliable people was pick and didn't show up or finish the job they want to make you wait 2 business day. No. And they market team will not stop blowing up your phone. Thank you to the guys who were the replacements and did better and more reliable than the first guys.
