No iPhone 14 support
Doesnt work on iPhone 14

App is poorly maintained
The latest version states it supports the latest iOS and was released 2 months ago. iOS 16 was released 3 months ago and was in beta June 2022, still no support. Beta releases are released to help companies keep up to date and test before the release, this company does not invest in a product which is supposed to be a State Identity scheme that is a security based product, kinda begs the question, how secure is the product if they can't even keep it up to date

Not Compatible with iPhone 14 Pro
Although it worked with my iPhone 13 mini, it will not work with my new iPhone 14 pro. It doesn't help that app support is nonexistent. Honestly, it's really not worth the trouble in the first place considering nowhere will accept it. The agent at TSA pre-check in PHX said that while the airport technically accepts the mobile ID, he was not qualified and could not accept it.

Doesn’t work on iPhone 14 Pro Max
The iD scanning portion of the app to begin the enrolling process does not work for iPhone 14 Pro Max. Contacted Idemia several months ago which stated at the time they are not fixing the app to help with the optics issue. So, great for some iPhone users; not so much for others.

Arizona Mobile ID - Product Description
Including layers of security and privacy controls, Arizona Mobile ID is a contactless, convenient way to verify your identity from your phone.

Arizona Mobile ID allows you to control what information you share during a transaction. For example, when buying age-restricted items, the app can confirm you are of legal age without having to share your birth date or address.

Intuitive and easy-to-use, Mobile ID is unlocked by a selfie match to verify identity, or by using a self-selected pin or TouchID/FaceID so your personal information is always protected.

In five simple steps, you can register for your Arizona mID:

1. Download the app and set permissions
2. Register your phone number
3. Use your device camera to scan the front and back of your driver’s license or ID card
4. Follow the app’s registration steps to take a selfie
5. Set up app security and you’re good to go!

Arizona Mobile ID can be used to verify a person’s identity to complete enhanced-verification services online, such as transferring a vehicle title and requesting a disbursement at AZMVDNow.gov, MVD’s primary customer self-service website.

Please note: Arizona Mobile ID is considered an official state-issued ID, serving as a companion to your physical ID. Please continue to carry your physical ID because not all entities are able to verify mID yet.

For more information, please visit mobileid.az.gov.

This app requires an iPhone 6 (iOS 13.1) or newer device.
