A poor app compared to other banks
Face log in is not automatic! I have to line my face up with a circle every time I log in!!!!! ( unlike my other banking apps….)

Add landscape orientation support to iPad
Really good app. And great savings accounts. It I really wish the app supported landscape orientation on iPad. Nobody uses their iPad in portrait mode, especially now the Face ID camera is located on the landscape orientation. Please update app to support landscape orientation.

Flakey login
Apparently my face and voice change each time I try to log in. Fortunately it failed before I could transfer in any money. Avoid if you want to login to your bank account and have a face…

Great idea, but awful verification process. Seems like they don't offer accounts to residents on visas? Problematic to excuse this due to being an online bank when other banks seem to have figured this out.. Edit to this review: I did reach out to that number and was told it is down to the third party they use to verify identity. Maybe time for Atom to look into alternative third party verifiers or manual verification methods to avoid further situations like this.

Far to often the biometrics dont work and there is no other way to access the account except for by the mobile device.

Silly App Security
Half way through the setup I decided not to bother banking with Atom. Why use gimmicky photo and voice security when every other bank can just use FaceID? Wouldn't bother, rubbish app.

Gave up set up as the facial recognition would not accept my image in any room or different places. I know fraud is rife but this was totally OTT!
