Not easy to navigate Difficulty in making appointments

Was the absolute best
…when I first joined about 6 years ago. Now they are just horrible, to book with, to get prescriptions, to get in touch with, even the app is slow and glitchy. I've had issues with getting phone calls to come through for a year, video calls work tho. But some of the nurses/doctors call so briefly that you don't have time to answer. And they keep telling me it's my phone or my service or my device... and I've tried it every single way possible. On top of that, since it's become eMed, the old website hasn't even been updated with new contact details/forms. There is a backlog of over a week, if not two, to get a blanket response to a complaint. And there are literally NO admin appointments available to book, at all. Awful. So disappointed!

Can't add my daughter back as her membership got deleted when it was taken over by emed. Tried through website but no luck.

Used to be good when Babylon but now 3 weeks for a GP appointment. Will be transferring away.

It takes 4 weeks just to get a 10 minute video appointment totally impractical and useless

Not as good as it could be….
After using this app for a number of years now I am less impressed that when I started. Firstly it's near enough impossible to see a doctor. All one seems to deal with are pharmacists. This is fine for most things but a condition that persists it's not a good idea. Secondly, it's usually a few days before being able to get an appointment with a pharmacist let alone a doctor… these are the primary reasons why I'm downgrading my original rating.

I tried to book an appointment which I thought my Bupa membership covered me for. However there was a charge. This app is just another point of sale and not for helping people with health issues.
