No appointments within 2 weeks
NHS 111 told me to see a GP within the next few days but I can't get an appointment for 2 weeks. I am likely going to move away because of this because it's useless when I really it

Don’t waste your time with eMed as a GP
GP at hand used to be really good, unfortunately has gone downhill in the last couple years and is now basically non functional. They have changed their format so all appointments are released 10-14 days in advance, and physically you cannot get an appointment on the day or day before. It's currently the 14th of April and the first slot to see a GP is the 22nd (that's the shortest gap I've actually seen for a while), and for a nurse practitioner it's the 29th of April. There is not a number to call for emergency appointments with a GP (or nurse practitioner), they just tell you to keep trying and hope for a cancellation. That used to happen when I first joined 6 years, because it wasn't so difficult to get an appointment in the first place, but now when an appointment is something you wait 2 weeks for, why would anyone cancel it? So there are no cancellations. Do not waste your time registering with eMed's NHS branch.

A GP in 1 hour? Unlikely.
Booked an appointment on Monday morning and the earliest I could get was 8am the next day. Worse, the appointment is not with a GP, but with an “Advanced Practice Nurse”. So the service really isn't much better than the NHS.

Used to be good
When i joined a few years ago used to be good, now is as bad as any GP service in the UK. Long waiting lists and poorly trained practitioners. Also, they are always delayed when is your appointment and most of the times they cancel on you saying that you missed the appointment 🤦♂️

Waste of time
Face to face apps can't be arrange on urgent basis Any referral been done to hospitals for further scans/checkup never gets response , Unfortunately i found it just waste of time

Awful since Babylon changed to eMed, appointments get cancelled more than half of the time with less slots available. A shame as it used to be really reliable.

always says missed appointment
Had no issues with this app 2 years ago but in the past year despite the app being updated regularly, I get notifications telling me I have missed my appointment when I have been waiting with my phone for gp etc to call. It's frustrating and useless.

App used to be good 5 years ago! now it's buggy, shows wrong Dr even if state the type of appointment you require! constant “we are having trouble contacting you” then just cancel the appointment and make you rebook! biggest flaw is the require that you email confidential letters via insecure email with you full details and DOB in the email body! as the app does not allow for secure transfer of confidential medical letters. app developers need to fix this huge security flaw!
