My eyyyyeeesssss. They bleeeeeeeeed. Where is the dark mode. Helps with privacy too. High contrast easily viewable from over the shoulder I have to dim the screen just to see and feel comfortable

Umm. Bank is a bank. This one just did a switch/ web upgrade. New website/app didnt transfer my scheduled payments to pay bills. Called customer service, lady needs to work on her listening skills. Not planning on keeping the app or the bank. Once my funds from my mobile check deposit are available I'm closing the account.

The new app sucks. It's incredibly slow. It rarely actually loads, and when it does, most of the buttons just return errors after clicking on them. It's also not intuitive or improved. It takes literally triple the screen presses to transfer between accounts than the old app.

can someone please tell me what is going on with this app and website. mine refuses to work at all. app isn't loading it stays stuck and everytime I go to the website it automatically directs me back to the app. I haven't been able to log into my account in over 2 weeks smh

New update doesn't work! It's annoying I can't check my account in app and the website sends to app and app starts opening. Fix the mess. It was fine before the update!

Since maintenance and update the app is 100% harder to use. The old one may have been outdated, but at least you could navigate it with ease. 🙄

Since the update, it's almost been unusable! System is slow, transactions posts are out of order, errors appear whenever I check the transaction details and no dark mode which causes eyestrain! Please bring back the previous version!!!
