Constant updates make it impossible to use. I need to know my balance. I don't have time to udate, re-sign in, forget my password, get a new password, rinse, repeat. Give us a quick balance display without signing in.

Every time I open my app it says there's a newer version and I have to update just to log in. And most of the time after updating I have to change my password.

For well over a month now, I routinely receive an update notification each and every time I attempt to open the app making it necessary for me to click through a serious of pop ups, repeatedly accepting the update, before being allowed to continue with my transaction. This is just the most recent of a number of similar technical glitches I've encountered since first using the app a few years ago.

I connected my bank account with Experian for "Experian Boost" prior to the new Bank of Missouri app. Experian boost disconnected after the new app was installed. Now Experian cannot connect because of the new securities with the Bank of Missouri app.

At first it was great...but then after the buy out happened the app now crashes when I try to log in or just won't load. When I do get in it says I have 6 days left and then I will need to update. The update never shows up when it says it's ready to update. I'm constantly having to reset my password when it does finally update.

Regressive Update
First time using updated version and admittedly I do not like change. The original version was much easier to make deposits as the camera automatically captured check image once aligned properly in the sight picture. This version requires manual camera operation which upsets camera stability. Also the “Add Another” check to deposit is gone and are separated into different transactions. It still works, but as I said, I don't like change.
