This credit card has been the WORST experience I have had with a credit cars in 25 years. I can not set up an auto payment, ridiculous. The app says my card is blocked and took me 20 minutes to get to a rep that said everything was fine until I insisted it was not. Transferred me to another department. I have been on this call for over an hour and 40 minutes, on hold all but 5 minutes of that and have got NOTHING resolved. Their hours of operation for a CREDIT CARD is pathetic.

New credit card
I can't seem to get into the app. I can't seem to call at the right time. They are closed? What happened to 24 hour service. Or they are busy taking care of other members. I'm very dissatisfied with the service or lack of I should say.😡😡😡 Still having problems with this new account to many steps and codes to just make a payment. Not user friendly.

I opened a savings account last week. I downloaded the app so l could transfer funds from another bank to this account. When l tried to set up an log in, my account number came up as "invalid account." I tried several times to no avail. I have paperwork from BVVA with my account number, so I'm sure l entered the correct number.

I should have given this a ZERO. My husband changed the password for online banking and I was locked out. It took TWO PHONE CALLS, each lasting over 45 minutes after waiting 20-30 minutes of waiting time for just a connection to Customer services. Both reps were asking endless questions to get my password. The first CSR asked to TALK TO MY HUSBAND EVEN THOUGH I AM AN OWNER OF THIS ACCOUNT. The first CSR tried to transfer me and cut me off when I asked to speak to a supervisor so I had to wait another 30 minutes on hold until a CSR was connected. Hold times are horrible. The CSRs first language is not English. I had to verify every check and withdrawal I made in the last four weeks and this did not satisfy the second service rep and he asked me when I set up the account! It's been over 15 years! This was the most poorly run department I have EVER had the misfortune to encounter. I am severely disappointed in BVAA and was tempted to just pull out all my money. I realize that security is tight for all BBVA accounts and I told the last CSR that if I was a hacker I would have already wiped the account clean and not spend over an hour trying to get my password. Terrible BBV...DO BETTER!
