Stay away from this app
Recently attempted to purchase a few bedding items. Purchase showed as declined, they even said they had no record of my purchase, yet my bank showed multiple charges totaling $286.81 which was over $100 more than my actual purchase. Just find another place to buy from.

Payment options
It was difficult placing my order and purchasing with my gift card on the app. I had to contact customer service on chat and they sent me a link for my purchase to be able to use my gift card. Also on the web I wasn't able to use the funds in my wallet. I had to contact customer service on chat again and the told me to install the app. I had to install the app to see and use the funds.

Wedding register
I went to a store to register for my wedding. I spent hours going through everything thinking about what we would need what would be nice to have and the register was done. I sent my invites out and I received a call saying there's nothing on your bed Bath and beyond registry. So I go into my personal one and my register is completely gone. I contacted the helpline and they said they thought it would be best for me just to re-add my items. I am so disappointed and so upset. I still don't understand how my entire register can just disappear and that they aren't able to retrieve it.

Trying desperately to make a purchase. There's no option to use my gift cards when it comes time to pay. The FAQ section claims there is a gift card payment option. The automated chat help answers in terms of their credit card, not gift card. And the only customer service phone number pertains only to the credit card issues. The website won't recognize my password. I'm so disappointed & dissatisfied. 😞

What happened to one of my favorite shopping apps?
Please note the rating is for the current version. The BB&B app was one of my favorites and probably the only category store app I browse regularly. The app has completely changed. It's no longer browsable, there are very limited call to actions, I'm not getting push notifications and the entire site functionality has changed. I am guessing y'all are aware of this since app feedback is now disabled in app. The previous app versions were on par with Amazon and Target. Im not sure if 3rd party developers make the app and change hands, but this ain't it.

I like using the app to shop, except for one glitch, which is maddening & pretty much a deal-breaker. When you're searching for something & enter in filters or sort order, after you look at an item if you go back to the product list using the back button on your phone instead of the back button in the app (an UNBREAKABLE habit), it clears out your filters and sort order and everything must be entered in again. Doesn't happen on the web site. Unbelievably frustrating when it repeatedly happens.

Too many errors😣
Multiple appts and cancels. Asked to place installation and delivery on same day- didn't seem out of the question, right? Lost days of work to allow for completion. The window was 7am-7pm. Later a representative narrowed it down to 2-5. Still would be waiting but instead cancelled the entire order for a downdraft electric cooktop. Availability some where else!! I think company name should be changed to “Best Unkept Promises!” Will be waiting for refund. Will update comment if this doesn't happen in 3 weeks…to be continued

They should not have to access your location to find a store. Zip code entered manually should be and option. Also no share option for items to send via email or text. Had to use mobile site to send wife link.
