There's always an error pop up. You can hardly edit the cart without there being an error. I had to actually check out 4 different times to actually check out - there better not end up being 4 charges to my bank. 🙄 The app does not sync with your online account. The whole thing is just a mess and makes you want to say it's not worth shopping there anymore....

I ordered some things earlier in December everything went smoothly. I recently got a new phone. I transferred all my apps over and I am able to get on the Belk app but when I try to add anything to the bag I get an error message. I even un-installed the app and reinstalled it and still receive the error message.

Such a bad app.. just freezes all the time. Never opens.. absolutely just horrible. Maybe they can hire real engineers to write the application. It sucks

App hasn't worked for a long time. When I attempt to put something in the cart for shipping an "error" pop-up window appears. If I try to make a purchase using the store pick-up option the product will not go into my cart. These problems make the app completely useless.

App does not work!! It will not load at all..it goes to the picture and freezes up. I've un-installed and re- installed and still does not work. Someone needs to fix this!!

Keeps asking me the same questions when I have already answered!! I just want to order from belk and use paypal!!! Then it says it is adding other things to my basket and doesn't allow me to say "no"! Ridiculous! And unnecessary! I have been trying to make an order and this app will NOT let me finish even though I have ordered from belk many times! Just forget my order! I will get it from another site!!!!
