Well just 4 the moment anyways I'm giving u guys like 1 star -- or @ least up until I get some type of response 2 me email & little app review 4 the moment & all but anyways personally just tried 2 check back into ur app &/or my account, & whatnot & was met w/ *ABSOLUTE* *ABSOLUTE* *ABSOLUTELY* UTTER CONFUSION WITHIN MY ATTEMPTS 2 RE-SIGN INTOY ACCOUNT &/OR APP & WHATNOT BUT I'D OF COURSE 4-GOTTEN MY PASSWORD & HAD 2 JUST MAKE a new password & then had a few different attempts @ well basically..

This has been a terrible banking experience which started out ok but ended because they just closed my account out of the clear blue!

Started off great but all of a sudden I got an email stating that my debit card had been lost or stolen. Then I got an email stating that my account was going to be closed and I was never given a reason. When I asked the customer service representative when I would be getting my funds from my account transferred to my outside bank they said it was going to be about 30 days. When my funds were finally deposited, immediately after I had withdraws of $600 total and am still fighting over my money.

Stole my money then closed my account
So I got a email saying my account was on hold. An I couldn’t understand why sent a email 6 days no response back couldn’t use my debit card an couldn’t physically call anyone to find out what the issue was when I was finally freed up leaving emails an text messages being this is the only way to communicate i received a email saying they have the right to close my account an it is now suspended. Finally get a email explaining that email an they said it is some issue they are working on but i as well as a large amount of their other clinics are having the same issues an an re working on it it can take up to 6 days now I’m 3 weeks past that date account still suspended not because of me but a possible breach on their end an they still will not allow nor tell me where my money is I have abut 7 tickets within an counting and still waiting to hear from a live person. I did today just receive my bank statement but am not allowed to see it because it’s delivered only in the app and I’m locked out of my app so I can’t even view it.

I intitially loved this app. However I am infuriated at the lack of response I am getting through supposed customer care. I have tried every avenue possible only wanting to know my balance and info on closing. I get a computer generated response telling me to wait.. and wait . And wait.. so 3 days later I am livid. Bella does not love you come to find out.

Horrible Customer Service! They give the same story, but never correction to problems, which brings solutions. Never received my card and they refused to resolve the matter. There are better apps and programs to service your needs without excuses or complaints.

Its not right that u are allowing people to create an account and then say hey sorry we are closing and now i got an email stating that my card was reported lost or stolen and they shut my card off i never reported my card missing!!!!!!!
