book The Room executive suites in Bernalillo New Mexico did it say it was under construction. my wife is in a wheelchair I am a disabled veteran and cannot walk very far. they put us all the way down at the end of the hallway there is no wheelchair access from the parking lot to up onto the sidewalk. plus even if there was it is blocked by construction equipment. then when we got into the room, it was too small, I can barely walk between the wall and the bed, no way I can get my wife's wheelchai

How on Earth you add your account to Apple Wallet?
App is useless, you open the app to show your number at the front desk and there is no way you can read the account number, I mean, look at the third screenshot, it is the same as on the app, unreadable. And I can't seem to find a way to add it to Apple Wallet, waste of storage space on the phone!

Can’t use the app. Won’t login
Will not accept my login. Went to change my password because my login wasn't working. Entered my password into new password and it said it couldn't be set because it's the current password. Yet that password wouldn't work. I changed the password and got logged in. A prompt came up for an app update so I updated it. Had me re login. Now the new password I just set and got logged in with is not being accepted. So, I guess using this app is not possible since it will not accept valid login info.

Reservation disappeared,
Making a booking. Pay - goes thru Barclays App to confirm it's me - confirms it's me. Closes Bcard App. Return to BW App. No reservation. Give it some time to see if the money goes and reservation reappears? To be continued…

App is good but could use some work
Rejoined Best Western and downloaded the app. Booked a room for a couple of nights and was surprised to find the app doesn't have an “add to calendar “ function. Nearly every hotel and airline app I have been using will add the reservation to your calendar. Annoying to switch back and forth between the app and calendar typing in details and confirmation numbers that should automatically insert. To add insult to injury, the pages are engineered to not be able to copy and paste. The reservation process itself locked out the auto-fill function for personal information and my credit card. Making it more difficult to book is not endearing. Try making your app a little more user friendly?
