They updated the app, and now it's "not available for your device". And of course, the app page doesn't list the minimum Android version, so there's no way of telling why it's not available. The bank itself is sort of a nightmare, too. Missing basic features of other banks, like recurring minimum transactions, etc. Also, they stopped accepting domestic wires suddenly, and didn't inform me. And I've emailed customer service many times, never once received a reply.

When it works, it's great, like the bank portion no fees, checks and ability to administer through the app. But I have recurring problems logging in to the app, it freezes can't login and need to try again to enter pw to access the app to deposit checks etc. Very frustrating!

I no longer trust this bank
Will cancel my account. I can log into my account via the app. Can't make any transactions. Verification code doesn't work. No point in doing business with this bank.

Terrible Experience
A lot of Issues. This might be a one-man show working out of his Mother's basement with bad internet. Because the worst part is not being able to login with either face recognition or password. It says, “Upgrade your app or contact support”. No good. I'm cancelling.

I find myself having to do things twice. I transfer money and it never shows up, then I call to find out that it never happened... Same thing with mobile deposits. This makes transfer times so much slower because I have to go back and do everything again days later.

Terrible Communication
I had a business checking for a few months and then my account was closed. They could not tell me why it was being closed, just that it was being closed. I have since reached out multiple times to get my statements (I can't login to print them), and I don't even get a response. I'm not even upset about the account being closed, just the fact that they communicated so poorly throughout.

I regularly bank with Chase, but after starting my new business I decided to start a new business account with Bluevine. Ive had this account for about 2-3 months now and it is a pain. After receiving my new debit card I tried immediately funding the account through CashApp, but Bluevine doesn't accept instant transfers such as CashApp, it takes a week to receive the transfer. I then tried using the GreenDot option to fund my BlueVine account. GreenDot charges $5 for this service. I purchased the card and load it with the funds to transfer to my BlueVine account. GreenDot then denied the transfer because whoever previously had my current phone was a GreenDot user and it is still registered with them. GreenDot has terrible customer service, no number to call, only email communications. They would not do anything to allow me to prove that I am now the new owner of the phone number. GreenDot sent me a check for my deposit amount minus their $5 fee. GREENDOT STILL CHARGED ME A FEE FOR A SERVICE I WAS NOT ABLE TO USE DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE!!! I have not attempted to use my company's BlueVine account since. It's useless. The funding options for the account are either useless and/or take days to fund. So now I've been using my personal Chase account and considering just opening a Chase Business account for my business. I advise for you to stick with a local bank/CU that you will have direct access to and able to help with your immediate needs.

This online bank connects with any bank around the world. I was not able to connect AMEX service with the card because I believe it needs to be link to your property instead of ylur assets at this time. Other than that it allowed me the chance to see that my goverment could manipulate my credit worthiness if they desired. I would have gave them a 5 star if not for that.
