The older version let you add more than one card. Not liking the inconvenience of having to log out and log back in with a second card. It used to be very convenient to check the balance.

Security Issues
The update wiped out my Touch ID login and had to redo log-in… then it required me to set the millennial security questions! I don't have “favorites” and most of my “firsts” were 50 years ago. If my sister moves to a new city, I'm screwed!!! LET THE USER CREATE THE QUESTION!!!!!

With the newest "update," the quality of the mobile app experience for prepaid cards has gone down tremendously. You are no longer able to easily add multiple cards to the same account to look at the balances in one convenient spot like before. Instead you have to create a new username and log in with each separate card. Cumbersome to say the least particularly if you have multiple prepaid cards. Clearly the company did not think this through before launching it.
