Reviews recommendations

I wish the app showed people's reviews on items to refer to for sizing. Also usually other apps show recommendation on similar items… and this app does not… it's not helpful.

Good product but logistics paid return and negative refund

Hello Satisfied with the quality and the cut received however I will increase the number of stars when they have improved their return tracking. Boohoo, compared to others, charges 3 € the return (if it is to limit the overconsumption I am ok) however no tracking is updated on the personal account, it is as if this return did not exist and the delays are extremely long while the package has arrived for ten days. If they could invest as much in refund management logistics as they could in Facebook ads...

App doesn't work. Downloaded this a couple times and no longer works. Lost wish list and everything. Bought the VIP for 9.99 and still getting charged for all my delivers. VIP / free delivery doesn't work. Always loved boohoo might have to find alternative

Used to be good,but wishlist hasn't worked for over a month. Any discount codes you get emailed aren't excepted and it's just become really difficult to navigate through. I'm not the only one either judging by comments, but you don't seem.in any rush to fix it.
