Can't x out of certain screens as the x is located right where the front lens is. Tried to go back but that also doesn't work. My only option is to close app and restart. Very annoying. Please fix!

Love this app!! But.......
I'm not sure if it's just me but it seems like no matter what this app takes FOREVER to load! I get it there's just tons of amazing content on this app but I don't have this issue with anything else I use. I will admit I'm a tad impatient, but it just feels like it genuinely takes a long time to load. And it gets a little glitchy as well. Honestly though, other than those technical issues, finding BOTM just might be one of the greatest things that has ever happened to me. And no, I'm not exaggerating. I love the books they choose and the customer service is seriously top notch. And come on, you just CANNOT argue with the price. It's so freaking affordable! I want to tell everyone! Just hoping it's just a bug issue that can be corrected..? If not, it doesn't really matter because I will never NOT have this app. :-)

Can't Exit Review Screen - the X is placed in the very top left corner where the camera is located on a Google phone. Also, I can't use the back feature to go back to the existing screen. The only way to go back is to completely shut down the app and reopen, and I have to do this every time I rate a book. Please fix this! Otherwise, I have enjoyed using the app to pick, browse, and rate books.

Love BOTM! But their support needs help.
I've been a member for a little over a year now and have enjoyed every single moment up until about a month ago. Someone stole my credit card number and BOTM didn't get updated soon enough with my new one. I tried to update it in the app and it kept giving me an error which was frustrating. I emailed support and I still haven't heard from them. I happened to be on a work computer when I got an email THREE WEEKS after the initial email and fixed it there but really? NO RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT AT ALL. I'm not very impressed

I received an email to download the app. I do so and then it doesn't recognize my email for my account when I try to log in. I will stick with the website.

I love this subscription. I have to knock down a star though because sometimes they don't carry a series. It bothers me that I have to buy the other ones elsewhere and they don't match.

I had to uninstall and re-install this app from my Android phone a few times. It's a little buggy, but I finally got it to work.
