Terrible credit score check
One world to describe this app is terrible. They added another customer information to my record and deducted a lot of score in my account. From >800 got deducted to 674 because they added wrong information to my acc. the one did not pay for their bill got affected to me.

AVOID THIS APP IF YOU DONT LIKE JUNK MAIL. THERES NO WAY TO FULLY TURN IT OFF. IM ALSO UNABLE TO WRITE A FULL EXPLANATION IN THE "TELL US MORE" SECTION WHICH IS WHY ITS HERE. SCREW THIS APP

This app needs to be updated every time you use it; it's actually so annoying. You inherently only open the app once a month to check your score, and every time you do so, you have to update. Okay, maybe twice a month since they play pretend there's credit updates but it's really just an excuse to display more loans. The app also doesn't work with a custom DNS server.

Ok for checking your score, but everything else falls short. The app is glitchy, UI is dated/hard to find anything, and you get flooded with annoying notifications like you_ credit age going up by 2 weeks 🙄 I understand they're trying to get you back into the app, but the credit offers are weak and never match competitors anyway.

The app has been working ok until a few weeks ago. Now I can no longer connect through the app. It allows me to log in then just gives the connection/thinking circle for all eternity. When the app was working previously, it worked ok enough... It was a little heavy on the ads/special offers but I have also seen worse

I can't login to the app, anytime I click the app it closes immediately. Very frustrating. I can't even check anything on the app for some days now
