I was extremely happy with this card until I used the ATM locator through the app it directed me to what was supposed to be an in-network ATM they both had the moneypass logo yet I was charges an ATM fee for all 3 withdrawls was charged and when I spoke with a supervisor I was told they would have to send it for review because they do not verify if the ATM is actually a moneypass in-network ATM before listing it on their app even though it states in the app that the locator gives you all the moneypass in-network atm's in your area. I will be filing a complaint with not only the BBB but also looking into whether or not I can press fraud charges on them for false advertising since they do not verify the atms listed through the app. I'm also moving my disability payments to another verified card.

Not happy with them
I've had regular CARD.com for over five years decided to switch with cardpremium.com and I hate it simple fact is that when I use my card it doesn't pop up on my account until a few days to a week later car.com never did that before customer service is terrible they try to ignore the questions to ask and telling me there's no tech-support or no one else. I don't honestly know who to call contact maybe they need to have people that understand English and I'm not being rude because I'm really patient but when I have to repeat myself and be on the phone for over an hour and they just ignore the questions that I'm asking it's so upsetting because this is my money that you guys are messing with.. Thinking about going back to my regular CARD.com never had an issue with them

This app doesnt even deserve to have stars to rate them..i just got my card afew days ago and i loaded money on it..i use my card and they lock it reason being unusal transaction so i call they fix it..so i paused my card for when my card is not being used and after i did that they wanna shut down my hole account.been on and off the phone with them today 6 times..they tell me they cant not unpause my card on their end i have to do it on my end..no option to do that..

my card has a hold. I have emailed customer service 4 times with no response on a week. glad I realized this before I set up my direct deposit and lost my whole paycheck. must be a scam or something.

I order a new card and you got my account block Just like that Nothing no reasons or calls or emails to say why you blocked my account

The Card Premium Bank Account is a checking account established by, and the Premium Visa Debit card is issued by MetaBank, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc, and can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.



1*. While this specific feature is available for free, certain other transaction fees and costs, terms, and conditions are associated with the use of this Account. See the Accountholder Agreement for more details.
2**. Faster access to funds is based on a comparison of traditional banking policies and deposit of paper checks from employers and government agencies versus deposits made electronically. Direct Deposit and earlier availability of funds are subject to payer's support of the feature and timing of payer's funding.
3***. Overdraft Protection ("ODP") is an optional service made available to eligible CARD Premium Bank Account by MetaBank Customers. Once you enroll and meet the eligibility requirements, you will be charged $15.00 for each transaction that overdraws your account by more than $10.00, up to a maximum of four (4) fees per calendar month. To avoid that fee, you have twenty-four (24) hours from the time of the first transaction that creates the overdraft to bring your Account back to a zero ($0.00) or a positive balance. Transactions subject to an overdraft fee are signature and PIN purchase transactions. ATM transactions and ACH Debit transactions are not eligible for coverage. Any negative balance must be repaid within thirty (30) days. Whether we authorize an overdraft is discretionary, and we reserve the right not to pay. For example, we typically will not pay overdrafts if you fail to meet the eligibility requirements for this service or you attempt too many transactions or transactions that create too large of an overdraft. Contact Customer Service at (844) 227-3602 or log in to your Online Account Center for additional terms and conditions that apply, including initial and ongoing eligibility requirements for the service. This service may be expensive, so we encourage you to research alternatives before enrolling. Once enrolled, you may opt-out at any time; however, you are responsible to repay any overdrawn amounts on your account even if you opt-out of the service.
4****. The Savings Account linked to your CARD Premium Bank Account by MetaBank is established by MetaBank, N.A., Member FDIC. Interest is calculated on the Daily Balance of the Savings Account and is paid quarterly. The interest rate paid on the entire balance will be 0.0499% with an annual percentage yield (APY) of .05%. The interest rate and APY may change. The APY was accurate as of 08/17/2020. The minimum balance required to open the Savings Account is $10. The minimum daily balance required to obtain the advertised APY is $10. You must receive one (1) payroll or government benefits direct deposit to be eligible to open a Savings Account. Savings Account funds are withdrawn through the Premium Bank Account and transaction fees could reduce the interest earned on the Savings Account. Funds on deposit are FDIC-insured through MetaBank, N.A., Member FDIC. For purposes of FDIC coverage limit, all funds held on deposit by the accountholder at MetaBank will be aggregated up to the coverage limit, currently $250,000.00.
