Should be a decent app, but having to verify my account every time I check my vehicle history (as others have mentioned here for months) really gets old and should have been fixed by now.

App is Broken!!
Not sure what is wrong with this app. It only works with VPN and if you connect without VPN you get an error screen and it logs you out of your account. There is no way to request support within the app so i can only leave negative review to hopefully get this app fixed. Crazy an app that only works over VPN.

Stopped working
Used the app for years and now it won't open. Error message says something like: error, car care not available in your area. I would give 4 stars when it's working.

Data Lost Again
This is the second time in 3 years that Carfax Car Care has lost all my vehicle maintenance data. Last time I had to input it all again. This time I'm done with this app and moving on. Don't waste your time!

Not for older cars
App will not accept VINs with fewer than 17 digits. Therefore, one cannot add a car to the garage.
