internet was slower than the dial up 20 years ago. phone service hasn't worked for 2or 3 months. Can not recommend the customer service.

Nice idea for parental control BUT…
I love the ability to turn off access on devices and control access to different genera's of online media. But I have found this app to be less than effective because it doesn't do what I set it to do right away. Sometimes it's the next day before a setting actually activates on a device or group. Super irritating.

Garbage. Their 24/7 customer service "line" is automated. Actual representatives don't help 24/7 like advertised.
