Internet Service
I have been dealing with intermittent service for months. CenturyLink has told me it is repaired multiple times , it was not. They told me my modem was outdated, I purchased a replacement for $200+. It didn't fix the problem. Scheduled a service technician, they delayed it several times, rescheduling. At one point a truck pulled in the driveway, 3 minutes later backed out. I was sent a text that he needed to enter the home and could not, wife was home and no one attempted to knock. When I called and navigated through the automated system to finally talk to a human, I reported the incident. The rep told me someone would be out by the end of the day or the next day. No ever showed and no new appointment was setup. I have lived in my home for 46 years and have had the same phone/ internet service the entire time. Now I'm shopping for another provider. Looks like I may save money too.

I was informed that I had a prepaid internet account at the very last moment. I wasn't aware of that until my paycheck was late, and I had to make a payment before my service was disconnected. it's great that Century Link has prepaid internet, but at the same time, it's a little bit frustrating because if my paycheck is late again, I'll just get shut off.

Its the lowest priced internet around. And with that, the slowest as well. But typically consistent and reliable at our residence.

Useless besides billing. Its amazing how this company makes an app that just lies to you. Im trying to report a known cut line with no internet and the app does a "line test" and says its all fine.. great. I spend 2 hrs doing riddles with some indian tech whose basically a bot for them to send out a tech to tell me that the line is cut. I hate you!

No service after 5 months
We have been waiting since 10/27/22 for our service to begin. Tried calling twice. Always told engineering will call. They never do. Glad I didn't cancel the old internet service.

I had the worst customer service I've ever had with this company. They had no idea what was going on. Made appointments they didn't keep and tried to charge more for something I had already paid for. Never even completed what they said they did
