This app sucks. Never had an issue until i recently tried logging in to check my account balance. Kept getting invalid usernane and password. Uninstalled and reinstalled app with the same issue. Please fix asap

Can't make a custom payment. Each time I type a number it disappears. Trying to give you money. Seems like you could get that right

So far not so good. Just downloaded an tried to sing in. Get all the way to "Terms" and click "I Agree" and nothing. Red bar on bottom pops up saying "user exits" smh.

Card was not updating a payment. I called and was told it takes up to 8 days to show, which is a bit ridiculous, but the rep immediately updated the payment over the phone and all was good. Very nice rep. Love it.

Tried paying through web browser too, 0 payments processed. They found a way to take from us. Being charged a $10 maintenance fee, "made" several attempts, NONE went through. Tried paying 5 days prior to due date, thought it went through since it said thank you. Got a letter saying I failed to pay, tried calling, they won't work with us. They say I now owe $70 & I have to pay it all. Their fault & still no help from them. Called, waited a long time, call disconnected, got through, no help at all
