The app is just fine for my 1st card, but I'm forced to use the internet browser for the 2nd account; it won't let me register the new account in any way

App is ok. Easy to navigate. Can't elaborate though, because I can't use my card. Don't ever change your number before getting the card and activating it. Its incredibly difficult to change your number to activate your card.

Have had account less than 90 days. They wanted to charge $10.50 to make a payment before the due date. Then I call to make a $80 payment two weeks ago. It still hasn't posted but they want another late fee. By far the most anal retentive company I ever did business with.

I made 4 payment way before it was due. The freaking app is not updated. Nov 16th, they took out all 4 payments at once leaving my account in the negative. Today I get an email stating they returned it for insufficient funds. To this date, my account states my payment is due on November 16th. When I pay this card off, I'm done!!!

Use to be able to make same day payment's now you're not allowed to. Customer took a PMT and stated my pmt history was good then the following month I got a statement saying I was a day late paying my bill.
