Tried to order a book recently (even had a code for a percentage off) and it wouldn't let me because it stated the app has a bug. Please fix this. I'm disappointed that I can't use the code now since it's expired.

Problems
I have had nothing but problems with Chatbooks. I ordered one two months ago never have received it. Now I ordered another one. I'm waiting for it to come. I have problems for some reason loading the pictures I am very disappointed.

It is extremely slow and it shuts down all the time something needs to be fixed

Love the service they provide BUT the app has some serious bugs - like loading photos in reverse date order (newest first oldest last!) which is very frustrating when you're trying to make a memory book.

No longer connects to Instagram to auto upload pics. I have to do it manually.

Easy to upload pictures, sometimes the app seems to glitch while moving around pages, adding images to book or cropping photos but bouces back quickly. Over all an easy way to make precious keepsakes!

The application is blocked very often
The app has a lot of limitations when you're arranging photos, it only lets you put a maximum of two photos on each page.

MISLEADING
Chatbooks advertise they are as low as $8 a month. So when I signed up (4/9)excited to have photos of my kids in book form, I was surprised when reading billing they would bill again within the month on 4/30. I let it go hoping the quality is worth the annoyance of double monthly billing. Until the next day I saw that they charged me $16.88 instead of the $8 that had advertised. After reaching out they informed me they charged for March and I could make another book to print. However the principle of the matter is I signed up in April for 1 mini book a month at $8 and change. They then took more money out of my account. The customer service did correct the issue and refund me while cancelling my account. Buyers beware. It's more money then they say it is.
