The product is fine, but the app is pretty bad. I have to restart the app multiple times every time I want to accomplish something. For example, it took about 30 minutes to get my Christmas order to finally go through because the app kept freezing on every single page.

Shipping charge high, and slow

Expect more than 20% discount. Didn't see additional offer for Military or First responders. Two weeks for shipping is slow. Expect one week turnaround.

I just started my subscription and already I regret it. I have been trying to set this booked up for the last hour and this app is pissing me off. Every time I get my pictures loaded the way I want, suddenly there's doubles of pictures and other pictures disappear. It rearranges my photos. I can't even finish my first album, because the app keeps rearranging and deleting and moving stuff around. I'm not ordering it until it is the way I wanted it to be. And I'm about to cancel my subscription.

The app can be super frustrating to use, moving photos around and zoom options. More collage options would be better. It would be nice to be able to change the orientation of the photo to fit portrait or landscape photos better. It currently has a bug which needs to be fixed. The app crashes even after I have cleared my cache. I love the concept for busy times in life, but for what you get it is fairly expensive.

I love the idea of this and have used chapbooks for a couple years for the monthly minis but the app always seems to be lagging and not loading properly. I also just made some of the picture tiles but the size options I wanted were only available to iPhone users, not androids? I thought that was silly and disappointing.

I was having trouble ordering outside of my subscription at first but then the customer service chat fixed everything. Runs great and the books are perfect!
