Thank you Jeff limeta! So I went from root insurance to Cover. I was paying 358 for 2 cars 2 drivers full coverage. Have in mind I'm 23. Now I'm paying 160 a month. Sounds like a deal to me. Definitely check out it and save some cash! Thanks jeff for the being a good sport. Updated. I have been trying to contact customer support for 2 months now and I have not gotten a response. I need some documents send for my refinancing. I get left on hold for minutes and nothing changes. Whats going on?

They take money out of my account every month without telling me and I cant stop it. I was told it would be a 1 time fee but get charged every month. Everytime you contact customer service they either don't respond or only send you a message through text. If you want to contact them again you have to resubmit a form to continue the same conversation with them. I was told I would get a full refund and my subscription would be terminated. It's been a month and I'm getting charged again.

TRASH!!!!! They cancelled my policy without any notice. Then had the audacity to try and tell me I owed them money. But turned around and sent an email saying it was quick to restart my policy. Never had insurance were the price fluctuates. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎ROTTEN TOMATO OF INSURANCE

No one ever texted me back
I had high expectations because of reading all the good reviews and I was really excited to text someone instead of receiving a bunch of calls. I genuinely loved the concept of the app but no one ever got back to me. I was able to get a quote on my own through the app but it was pretty high so I wanted to be able to talk to someone to see if there was a way I could get the price lowered. I doubled texted and still no one ever got back to me. I ended up going with another app called Jerry and I didn't have to talk to anyone at all. The Jerry app's quote was low enough that I didn't have to talk to a representative and I just purchased through the app. Again, the concept of the Cover app sounded great but if you guys are going to promise to text and negotiate quotes then you should probably idk text your prospective clients back? I was looking for same day insurance as I was in a rush to register my car so you guys lost a potential customer.

completely useless. the app claims to compare insurance quotes among all major providers. After 10 minutes of data entry, "comparison" results yielded only 1 quote from a no-name company. no thanks.

Nothing wrong with app in particular, but the company all together is pretty bad. Impossible to call customer service, you'll just be on hold forever, and they said they were cancelling my policy for not agreeing to some terms and conditions even though I signed anything I ever got, so I made plans to start a new policy with just insurance, and then they didn't cancel my policy so I still got charged. Pretty poorly run company, I don't recommend getting insurance with them

Pure trash they owe me a refund and won't answer the phone number listed. Save your money go somewhere else.

Their sales agents are great but God forbid you ever get in a car accident and actually need them. Customer service is non existent. It took a week of them telling me my adjuster will call and never did. Called back and they told his info and I stated calling him and still never heard anything back. Working on week 3 with claims to try and get my car in the shop to get repaired. I will be promptly canceling my insurance with them after this nightmare.
