It's been 2 months that the game has stopped

The game itself is awesome, the customer service is pathetic! Just wasted a whole lot of time and data completing an offer for more gems, only to find out that after completion of the task, the status changed to "failed". I contacted support, sent a screenshot, explained and they provided a vague reply that I cannot receive the reward "violation of terms of service". No explanation no solution I did not violate terms of service there was a glitch in their system so yeah wasted time and money!

Disappointing that this game requires so many upgrades to succeed. To upgrade you need gems which take forever to accumulate, or you have to pay for them. I'm a very long time diner dash fan but this just doesn't compare to earlier games. The game play itself is fine, however completing tasks is tedious and drifting away from what diner dash is actually about. I'll be uninstalling.

+: There's never a dull moment, there are often new quests. It is often offered ilimated gaming sessions. - : Too many ads. Bugs that make us lose the progress of the game.
