One of the worst
Very difficult to maneuver through but this os mainly because of the user unfriendly way the plan brochure is put together. I use this regularly to check EOBs. I am constantly asked to verify my device far less than 4 months after it was last verified. I am going back to paper EOBs to avoid this App. No nickname

Not good for iPad
Seems to work great on my phone, but I have to choose my coach like four times before it actually opens on my iPad.

Fed blue wellness program app.
Basically it is fairly easy to use. I do find I have problems when trying to access things like dollar value available on my card. I find no icon that even hints as to where I locate it. Otherwise, being a member of the “over-the-hill” gang, I am able to manage fairly well with this computer technology. Something I have noticed amongst my health care professionals is that they assume I am treated the same as part B Medicare patients. Part B says you can't have a poop in the box if it's one day early from your last exam. Supposedly part B says you have to wait another year because the patient arrived at the doctor one day too early. I do not believe FedBlue has that tacky requirement. This needs to be addressed to health care professionals so they get the right screenings done in a timely manner. Just an old gezzer telling you guys what's happening out here in the real world.

5/20/24- Just updated app. - - Touch ID still NOT WORKING!!!! Don't waste your time. Just login via website. App is half baked, and they don't seem to want to make it better. Ya gotta wonder how secure it is. Update: Still unable to login with finger print.

However I seem to need device authorization frequently and often required to change PW. I am told a device is verified for months and then asked to before time elapsed

Could be better
The incentive tab could be easier. Why isn't their a tab that would take you to what you're working on. Would make updating easier and less frustrating

Glad to have it. Bugs bug me. 1. Not able to sign on with thumb print 2. Purpose of going in is to update daily goals, but have to navigate several screens to get there And often it kicks me out back to select myblue acct screen again.

Disappointed that this app DOES NOT have the email option. I am in constant communication with BCBS and need that option.

Horrible for tracking claims (2023 is So Much Better!)
I had to rate it 1 star to write a review but it really should be 0. I had hoped by now that the app would work smoothly since the beta version several years ago. I was wrong. I need to see my claims easily. I can't even see 2019 claims. There doesn't seem to be anyone to reach out to on this subject. All of the contacts are for insurance or medical help and not for the app. So it's 5/23 and the app is so much better. I can easily find claims. Would like to submit a retail pharmacy claim but I haven't figured that out yet. I was told to go here then choose this and then that but haven't found the here yet! I will still give it 4 stars for the great improvement over the last 4 years though.
