App Login
I have been using this app since 2022. I enjoyed using it. However, recently I am still unable to use the app. It tells me the username and password is incorrect but when I go directly to the website my account username and password works! It has been frustrating. Hopefully that get fixed soon.

A little complicated
Can't tell exactly what is complicated. Sometimes I just can't easily get to the place I want. Eventually I got there but forgot how I did it.

App issue or database issue?
This may not be the app developers issue, but the app is not pulling the appropriate data for patients trying to search for different kinds of providers. It used to, now it's not. For instance, I called and confirmed with a representative that a Johns Hopkins imaging center was in plan for me. From within the tools, there was no way to locate any JH imaging centers. This worked a number of months ago, it no longer does. Running different queries, the lists are much shorter for many types of providers. At first, I thought maybe many contractors were lost, but now I think it is a database issue.

Cannot Login
Login seems to be broke with last update. The website takes credentials fine (manual and thru key manager). This app simply says login failed regardless of input / formatting.

Login problems
App is completely unusable. I have been unable to log in with correct username and password for weeks now, I am able to log in to the website. Recent update claims that login bug was fixed, not true. Very inconvenient, please fix soon :(

Why is it ALWAYS down for maintenance?!
In the 2 months I have been using this app it has been down for maintenance twice for days to a week at a time?? No other app needs to be down to be “maintained” for weeks at a time, especially not ones used to track daily goals and outcomes. Terrible planning.

Bug Issues
After several “updates”, the app continues to log me out and state it's down for maintenance. This has been occurring for at least two months now… how long does maintenance take?

“Down for Maintenance” AGAIN?
What's up with this? I've tried accessing via the App, Firefox, Chrome, cleared cache and get the same screens in response “the fepblue App is offline for maintenance at this time” etc.
