Password requirements junk!
Got locked out because the password requirements are DIFFERENT than their website. I could log in on my computer but not the app. You have to use a special character for your password but the system doesn't say what they are. There's only THREE special characters you can use. I had to call customer service just to decipher their cryptic requirements. I just hope my personal information doesn't get hacked. Their system is a mess!

They still don’t know how to code an app
If you stumble on the non-documented password composition rules and come up with a password that works on the app and web site, the app isn't bad. The web site will not accept some passwords that meet all their published criteria, and a password that works on the web site may not work on the app.

Worst website I have ever used. Inconsistent results. One day I can find a doctor using specialty search next day I can't. Now page says it is expired? How can I find a provider when it says expired? Logging in is always changing. One day it remembers me next day it doesn't. Wants to veto me which is great but you have to ask multiple times for code to be sent. Very frustrating website.

Cannot login
This app consistently says incorrect user name or password and will not allow me to log in. I have no issues from the website only pc, only the app. Seems useless if you are unable to access anything.

Update. Changing my rating to 1 star. Now I can't log in. I keep getting an error message that says my log on ID or password is incorrect. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Now i am just uninstalling. ‐---‐------------------------------------------------ Works good for me. I wish it would update faster. I usually get an email saying I have a new EOB but there is nothing when I check the mobile app. Otherwise, good source of info.
