App is bad, is it website or is it a phone app?
Not very intuitive and tried using cost advisor tool and it got stuck and unable to move forward. Fix the app experience. Simple is better than fancy. App/website freeze and claims screen is so difficult to navigate. Show me all my claims up front. Why should I have to filter to find claims that were denied? Those are the most important ones I wish to view.

[CLAIMS] feature doesn’t work
[CLAIMS] feature has been broken for over six months and I've called multiple times and was told “Yes we know” .... I have to logon a second with a browser to view my claims. If you are not going to fix it .. remove it.

Has me verify my phone every single time I log in and has since I've had the app. Tells me it is good for next 4 months, but it has to re-verify every week or every time I log in. The last time I tried to verify, it kept "loading" for over 10 minutes. I restarted my phone, tried again and still same problem. Cannot get to main screen at all.

Terrible
I can login in sometimes and other times it tells me wrong password. I have reinstalled this app several times and now the function key to accept terms doesn't work!!! I am very frustrated with this app!!! There isn't any number on my card to call for assistance! Wow!!

I like the app…
But generally you have to re-identify your devices way too often. Security I understand but I don't want to log in to the website because I know it is always going to be a hassle. I can't just log in and take care of business.

Terrible App
Not user friendly. I am constantly being asked to create a new password. It is one of the most frustrating apps I have encountered. Needs some serious updating

It could be better
They could do better. Every time I go back it logs me out. Takes a long time to load. For cost estimates you can only view one item/store/Dr at a time. Would be more efficient if it was chart like I would have multiple results on one page. Refreshes when looking for a provider so I have to re-enter my search if I click to read one doctors info & attempt to go back to the initial search results.

Easy to view and manage.
Nice UI with easy prompts. The only negative is all the authentication hoops I have to go through each time I want to view my activity after not having logged on for an extended period of time.
