The bomb app 😍😍😍. I spent 3 days taking into account the fact that I drank a glass of water in the morning and stood under the sunlight doing these Exercises Before that my weight was 36 kg and now 35 kg.

Good app but ads
I usually don't complain about ads because everything is free on this app, however I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max. So when the ads pop up the exit piece is in the part of the screen I can't touch. So I have to completely close the app to close the ad and then it loses my progress

I haven't figured it out yet. Very short training, no warm-up, stretch marks. No voiceover exercise

This app is great. I recommend it. The only thing is that it doesn't record the exercise time per day. For example if I do more exercise than what is scheduled, it doesn't take it into account.
