When trying to chose the meals that you want the app gets stuck in trying to load meals. You're only able to see about 10 meals and then gets stuck as it seems to be trying to load more. If you are able to get to the bottom of the list and start to check the meals that sound interesting for more details, it'll eventually reset itself back to the top of the meals list only show the first 10 meals and stuck in trying to load more. Gave up and had to choose my selection on my computer.

Don’t use this app
Every time you log into the app it restarts your subscription. I received the first $90 charge after simply trying to look at their menu and connected to a rep who initially told me that per policy they could only give me credit on the app. After trying to cancel my account the second rep refunded my money. I told them to turn off all of my subscriptions. A week later I received another $70 charge. I had to go back online and then finally had my entire account deleted. I'm pending an additional refund. No issues with the food but I found their billing structure to be unethical. Also I couldn't delete my credit card information I had to completely delete my account with customer service.

The dishes are very good . My comment to the chefs is the pasta is overcook. When you put it in the microwave become very soggy. Please I would like if you can cook it just “al dente”. So that way when you warmer up it would be just excellent. Best, Sacon's

App does not work properly. I have been trying to update my orders for over a month and it keeps giving me an error. Have emailed customer support and still has not been fixed.

I was just sent expired food and they often change what I ordered (with no way of knowing until I get it) to food I simply can't eat. I have a lot of diatary restrictions so it's a real pain. I recommend you use another app.

My meals came with the ice pack split and oozing all ovee my meals. The carrier was Fedex. Not happy with packaging. Tha ice packs were completely tawed. The meals were still somewhat cold. The wrap around sleeve was completely soggy. Had to wipe entire contents downand immediately refrigerate them, glad I was home when thy came.

Great flavor, fast, decently healthy and affordable for someone like me who is always on the go. However the meal rating on the app is pretty scummy. If you click 3 stars, it automatically registers that you clicked 4 stars. If you click 2 stars it says you clicked 3 stars, etc and then it quickly shifts to the next meal hoping you won't notice. They do this on purpose. You can take a fine tip stylus and carefully click 2 stars and it will register you clicked 3. You're not slick, freshly.

App prompts like 4 times to delay your subscription instead of letting you cancel it. Yes Freshly I am sure after the 4th pop up I want to cancel my account instead of delay my orders. Garbage design.

Good Food, Terrible Delivery Execution
Really enjoyed these meals; however, the delivery services are feeble at best. They use a 3rd party private hire service that really has no care to execute the delivery, unlike fed ex or UPS. I have experienced boxes left on the street, sidewalk, or even just not delivered at all. Once had a driver contact me that he had trouble getting into the apartment building and within 2-3 minutes immediately left, never to return or reattempt the delivery.
