The newest update of the app is terrible. It's just like the website now , which has always been really bad . I much prefer the older version of the app, it was much easier to navigate and find what you were looking for. The app is now a mess and you can't narrow your searches like you used to and it makes it very hard to just browse.

This app I terrible! Anything you have preorder on your account won't show up on the app. When you start scrolling down the products the screen goes blank and have to restart the app. Just to do it over and over again and get no where

Bad information

Lately this app has been worthless. So many times I have looked up an item to see if it's available in my area and the app says no one within 500 miles carries the item. Then I walk into my local GameStop and there's the item. In stock and the associate tells me they've had it in stock. App seems to not be up to date with current inventory. It's better to just call the store then look on the app.

This app is garbage, doesn't work. Doesn't show you anything available for pickup. Doesn't accept gamestop gift cards as payment ever. Just complete trash like all of their stores.

Shopping Cart is glitched

I put a pre order in there and it didn't show up, so I can't take it out. I accidentally put it in there twice but I only need one copy so I can't take the other one out
