The app and website are broken. They do not display an accurate balance. When transferring money it was difficult as well. Ever since the update it has been not working. I have bills to pay and this is hindering me from doing so on time. I'm so annoyed and disappointed. Also why did you send out new cards to everyone with new numbers no matter when our cards expired?? Was there a data breach????

I have a debit card with no chip through go bank. Went and got a hotel by Universal Studios. Wake up the next day and someone had withdrawn $1,000 dollars out of my account. Went through all the proper procedures to get denied my money back. No real explanation except for I still had the debit card so it was my fault. Apparently I could be at a Burbank CVS and in Hollywood at the exact same time!! They simply let me get robbed!! Good luck using this bank card proceed with caution!!!

I have never , ever, had as bad experience as I am having now. Zero communication. Everyone I talk to knows nothing. Not one thing they say happens and it's impossible to get any resolve or speak to someone who knows anything. 2 weeks after my account had 3 withdrawals unauthorized from an ATM without my debit card which I thought was impossible especially 500 limit 950 was taken. I filled the report they need and I can't find 1 person who knows about it or can tell me anything.

These retards charge a monthly fee. Lol. Outdated. There are so many better banking apps until i forgot all about GoBank for nearly 6 months. I log in and seen a negative balance of 18.00 lol. All from fees. Lol! So i reordered a debit card. They sent it and than closed my account. Lol. Save a tree Gobank!! Im.going to go cry now because you closed my account for not paying your fees.. Lol.... Thank goodness for all the newer banks with better features. Grow up.SlowBank!!! Lol

Do not download or use this suppose bank app. They stole 2000.00 in my account and put it in green dot. Now they refuse to give me the balance. Next step attorney general and BBB.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life I was trying to activate my card and they were telling me there was no card with that number the lady hung up on me twice finally after hours of calling and trying to activate it I had to go through so much just for an activation which I ended up figureing out myself with no help from them
