Very sketchy... They reset my pin sent me a notification, and when i called them to find out why, they said they had no record of my pin being reset i reset ot two more times myself and recieved the same message from them that i reset my pin. Only thing is... I only did it two out of the three times and I spent an hour with them on the phone and no one could find that first notification.The message says contact us immediately if you didnt change your pin, however there was no resolution offered

2 months talked to 30 people and they cant tell me why i have 2 emails and cant delete 1 of them so I can connect the other to uber acct. 2 Months

THIS REALLY SUCKS!!! I'VE TRIED ACTIVATING MY AND KEPT GET PASSED TO MULTIPLE PEOPLE!!! STILL CAN'T GET MY CARD ACTIVATED AND I HAVE A VERY SICK CHILD IN ROCHESTER THAT'S NOT GOING TO POSSIBLY MAKE THROUGH THE WEEKEND, HER CANCER HAS GONE TO HER LUNGS!!!😭😭😭😭😭😭

THIS IS THE WORST APP EVER!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!!! THEY WILL FREEZE YOUR ACCOUNT AND BILLS WITH PENDING TRANSACTIONS FOR MONTHS!! I'M REPORTING TO THE BBB TOMORROW!! NOT FAIR AFTER 47 ATTEMPTS STILL NOTHING!! THIS APP SUCKS AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

Can't activate card , can't log in app, this card is horrible.It seems to be a a complete waste of time.why do they tell you to contact customer service just so that can say they can't help either. What kind of business puts out a product this bad. It should take 2 mins to activate a card. 2 mins to create an account. This is been going on for a week. Poor product overall .

Simple banking with basically zero fees except certain atms. Plus it pays cash back. I usually get back $25-$30 a month. Customer service sucks though. Youre always on the phone for 30 min to an hour waiting to be connected to someone and then its ALWAYS some person that you cant understand because of their thick foreign accent and broken English. Their phones usually cut in and out too when talking to them. Its a nightmare being on the phone with them.

Poorly designed!
On transactions page, half of the page gets covered by large banners of “View e-Statements” and “File a Dispute” which you may accidentally hit when trying to scroll down, and then your card immediately gets blocked!! This is such a poor design for this app! The dispute button and e-statements should go under another tab and NOT TO COVER HALF OF THE TRANSACTIONS PAGE!! Then there are some really nonsense buttons on the main page, like, “ask a fortune teller”?!! How stupid is this? Is this a banking app or do they think that users of gobank are some kind of idiots?!! This app needs to be professionally designed.

I simply tried transferring $300 to my PayPal but it didn't show up. It does say it was taken out of my GoBank acct though! IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AHOLD OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT! I was on hold for an hr & when she finally picked up she was breaking up so bad that I only heard a word here & there & then it disconnected! And I know it wasn't an issue on my end because I never have issues like that & it wasn't breaking up at all b4 she picked up. I am unbelievably pissed!
