I can't open the app right now it's just giving me a black screen

The app has difficulty accepting hot deals. I have this issue quite often when applying my monthly credit or promo code when making a hot deal reservation. The charge shows up on my credit card then the charge is reversed seconds later.

If you cancel, they’ll try to keep your money
Cancelled a round at Hawks View Golf Club and “received” 90 dollars in credit (the cost of the round) I called early this week to reschedule a tee time. My credits were not to be found, I called customer support and asked for assistance and they said “this account has no credit.” I provided the confirmation number of the tee time and the rep said “this was not the email used” Fair enough, I call the golf club - provide my name and confirmation- and he confirms my email address. Long story short, they'll try and keep your money. It's only 90 bucks but I'll never use this app again.
