Crap
Repeatedly freezing. Failing to remember my providers. Frustrating waste of time.

When it works, it is painfully slow. Its about as awful as the actual website.

Updated the app and it doesn't work. It freezes whenever I press one of the icons among the bottom. Completely useless.

Crashes while searching and not intuitive
Please have someone do testing. This is one of the worst apps ever seen.

Opens but nothing else. We've just migrated to this from another that actually had very functional mobile app. Does not respond to anything I press. Reviews show this has been going on for awhile so it's depressing to know that everyone in our company is now stuck with this.

Congratulations, by disallowing pasting of passwords into the app you've successfully both made the app harder to use and made security worse.

My experience has been terrible and the support relative had also been terrible. I loaded my invoices and health providers summaries through the app and have been waiting for payment since November. When my HR rep reached out they were told I had not loaded summary sheets yet I can see them l I added on the app. I was told to load them again which I am doing today. I hope this address what ever problem there is and the deductible payments are made. Communication and assistance is terrible

I can't get past the screen for the two factor authentication. I put in my primary phone number and there's no next button, nothing.
