It's a workout! Seems focused on lower body and not upper body or core, the HIIT 20 workout that I did.

This app is absolutely worth it
I started to use this app 2 weeks ago and have lost 7.2 kg I went from 122 to 115 kg And the workouts weren't that long wich is great for me 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Great for getting into it
Ok. When you're RE-entering, like me. Forget about keeping up with the pace. My breathing was all wrong so heart rate went up threefold. But that's what the pause button is for. Use it. Or die. ;-) But seriously. It's intense. I broke a sweat but didn't crash. Which happened three times before on the gym. Office job and no cardio for too long. Let's go! I'll do this every day and keep track of my results should be good.

Good worlout composition. The movies don't work for me. Both not on WiFi and on 4G.
