Why sometime it's so hard to get the answer from natives?

Worst support service EVER. I tried to cancel my premium subscription, I DIDN'T EVEN GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND THEY RENEWED IT. Fr I just want my money back and my subs to get really cancelled... They don't answer even on Twitter or Facebook

Everything needs a senior member, no translation and phonetic transcription, listen to the voice of others to answer, I really don't know what ordinary members can do in addition to asking and answering? And the answer to the other party's question is not translated and can not be understood, if you can understand it, why do you want to load this app? Don't push student parties to use unless you or your family have a lot of money to buy you a premium membership.

It is a great app but...
I loved the app at first, i have been answering many questions and helped global users on their language questions since I can understand 3 languages. I had many points for helping other users, only to realize that the points was useless because "You can't ask questions without coins" I searched if there are other ways to get coins other than "Paying real money" and there is none. So basically, no matter how many users you helped on their language troubles, you won't get anything and you won't be able to ask if you are the one in need. I must say this was a little unfair for those who help others on fixing their language troubles. But it is understandable because it is how the app developers gain But since I can't ask when i needed language aids the most after helping numerous users, i uninstalled it. There's no point in helping users if no one will help me back. :((

It's always the same with this damn algo, if you don't use certain app for a while, you can throw it away, you can scratch to get answers. It's like not showing certain questions so that we use tickets and so I am answered but always the same.

Hello developers! I'm very thankful for such an amazing app.i like it..only problem is now they made voice answers to upgrade version so now I can't listen answers to my questions as many times as i wish..as a student I can't afford premium though it's no so expensive so I request you to make to it as previous version atleast voice and video message anwers can be watched as many times .. please i just can't pay i wish I could But I can't afford:((((

If you're against CRT and anti-White racism, or any racism, don't support this app. Here's an example of what they allow: "These words were created by and used by white people, who hold power and use this language to systemically oppress other groups of people." This comment has been reported at least 5 times and the devs emailed only for them to ignore it and not reply at all. What DID they do? They removed the downvote button for the comment.

- Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and Auto-Renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
