worst internet ever
have everything setup correctly, new modem and all. after 3 days of nothing we're getting new internet. had to reset it at least 10 times. worst internet i've ever had

I like the app but find the IoT Onboarding Mode awkward to use and wish it wasn't a necessary step to add devices.

Wow. So now I can't even configure my home router because this app can't even sign into the Samsung account without an error 400 no matter what cache I clear or what browser I use. Supremely disappointed.

I just got the app, so haven't done much of anything with it yet. The thing that got my attention (not in a good way) was the "Privacy Policy" and "Terms and Conditions" that needed to be checked to sign in and use the app: each one opened to a black screen. No words. I have no idea what I'm agreeing to to use this app...

You can subscribe and pay through your iTunes account. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renew may be turned off after purchase by going to the 'Manage Subscription' page in Settings. The subscription will renew at the same cost.
