HSBC Mobile Banking - Latest Quality Issues

This app is very poor, what a convoluted way to reset my password. I launched the Mobile Banking app on my mobile to generate a security code in order to reset my password but the options given on my mobile didn't include "Generate Security Code" Why can't password reset be easier like NAB's where by selecting "Forgotten Password" an auto generated Security code is sent to your mobile or email to enable you reset your password. This app is a waste off time.

Very bad to install and activate. Very cumbersome and in the end threw me a Sys error 0004, which I tried later. My time is worthless ?. I do it on this schedule because I can.

1st, this app not getting update in regularly.. 2nd, this app needed add feature to login with fingerprint, since android have many type you can make it base on flagship soc from snapdragon.. 3rd, give us option to delete any accounts that we have save on transfer menu.. 4th, hire more man in your development team..

Very poor application, with below minimum feature. One needs to write user name, password and answer a question to just login, instead you can simply add the fingerprint login feature. Also, we are not able to transfer money to external accounts from the application, we need to use the online banking, which again makes the application more useless.
