This is the worst bank in the world. I would gives it number 1 pathetic bank. There basic job of a bank is to allow for transactions. Because of a persistent bug I can't do any local transactions. I complained in January with ticket.IN54004722 Their audacity is such that they could not have a written reply to this ticket yet and they think they can take customer for a ride.

Always difficult getting g through to my account. This bank is getting from bad to worst in terms of technology wise. There it goes again, I can't wait to leave this bank before years end. I'm just tired of the inconvenience locating a branch.

It's pretty obnoxious to constantly require birthdate to log in. More importantly, I can't pay my HSBC card. I go to Manage Card and earlier, it just threw an error. Now it doesn't throw the error, but loads the page for a split second but then it goes to a white screen. Classy. Guess I should cancel these accounts if I can't even pay them.

About 10 days of trying to update the app I couldn't update it. It keep saying updating but never finish. Now I delete the app and I couldn't able to download it yet.

Depositing checks is painful process. I have to take 7-10 photos before it recognizes the check.
