Error receiving & sending emails and videos
This is a really excellent way to keep in touch with our love ones, that's locked away. I've been using this app for 3 months now and had no issues whatsoever until yesterday I tried sending my Husband a email and it didn't go through, I've uninstalled the app overnight and installed it back and it's still not working. I'm very grateful that he called me this morning because I know he was worried about me and our family. We talk every day until yesterday I couldn't send him anything and he sent me a message but I couldn't respond back, then I was able to send out one message this morning, was happy it went through but when I tried to send him another email it wouldn't let me. Also it's loading extremely slow and it had never done that. Please get this issue fixed so I can communicate with my husband.

Not the best
I've had this app for the last 7 months. It worked perfectly fine in the beginning. Now I no longer get notifications for new mail. For the last 24 hours I've had issues sending and receiving emails and sending attachments. I've reported all of these issues without any response.

Unreliable garbage app
The app crashes continuously and you never know if the message was received by the inmate. Needs to fix the bugs!!!! Awful app! Complete garbage

App issues
I an so over the issues i have experienced over the last few months now for the the last 2 months i have not received push notifications. The last push notification was the 19th of feb. i have sent several emails to receive no responses. Now i cant send my email out. This is ridiculous.

Always an issue
It's getting very annoying sending out pics or videos now lately it got stock so many times and could show send a video and the next day the app took out my money 7 times and sent out the same video 7 times!!! And now it won't even send out any of my pics. This app is a 0\10

None of my messages or pictures will send. And it used all my stamps even though none of my messages or pictures have sent… Can't get any of my stamps back from that either…

Jay pay needs work
I've been using the app for about 2years now because my boyfriend and I've been sending him pictures but he said he's never received them so I told him to wait and see and we waited for 2weeks and it's yet to go through…I don't like the app because you have to pay for the stamps and it still don't send.

None of my messages reached my mail partner! The last 4(!!) Messages that I wrote to him did not reach him at all. If I'm going to pay for some money, I'm going to demand that it works!
