I answered the doctor's video call, but only got a black box (I could see myself but not the doctor), no voice was heard. The doctor hung up the call, then called again, same thing this time too. Then the Doctor just closed the case and since then I haven't heard anything more? Well? Should I pay 100 bucks for this now?

After 4 minutes of conversation one weekend, the doctor promises to prescribe medication. Should be available after 5 minutes. Never came any recipe. After contact on a weekday, they think that you should pay anyway for nothing. Only money that matters

Unnecessary intermediary to the health centre
Will be referred to a health center without further help with referrals/the like. Save your 100kr/call and go to the health center directly instead.

Useless
They charge 100 sek for a consultation and they say you need to go to the health care center because they don't know what you have even with access to my medical records, pictures and previous medicines. You spend 100 sek so you can spend more at the health center.

Kry reschedules appointments every now and then and at short notice, but when I am unable to attend their appointments, they are so good at sending invoices and say (we do not take into account your circumstances, it is your own responsibility)... Apparently, as a healthcare provider, kry has no responsibility towards the patient, but the customers do. Worst! Undiver well in the future....

From Norway. I have a bitter experience. I have got a problem in eye recently. The lady could not find the reason and gave steroid. It worsened the situation. So I took a follow up session and requested for a specialist. She denied. So, what can be the solution when she can't find the solution and won't refer a specialist? She was very impatient also. Then my insurance is useless
