Since I cannot get ahold of anyone on your app I have been charged $50 I did not give you permission to charge me $50 for whatever it is please put it back on my card

On the may 4 2021,I was pickup at my home and drop off at my destination. When I look at my account I was charge extra money for the trip. Again I booked a trip with lyft and canceled before they found a driver was still charge. Now I can't get no one to refund my money back. Its not fair to be quoted one price when you book a ride and charge something totally different. When the app is still founding mode how a person going be charge. I would like the moneies return to my account now.

Terrible app not worth wasting your time, been waiting for about an half an hour now with no success... funny that its rush hour prices doubled and now there are more drivers...haha talking about taking advantage...guess I'm going to have to pay the 20 bucks for my normal 7 dollar ride since there was "no" drivers available at the time...I hate this app lol

Horrible customer service. My phone must have fell out of my pocket in a car and the process to get the phone back should have been a simple call to the driver, instead its a mutli day process of back and forth emails for no reason. Just call the driver its not hard. Furthermore on their website says the easiest way to get your phone back is to open the app and call the driver which is idiotic because the phone is gone, i dont really know if that was supposed to be funny or what

I could not believe how nasty and smelly the vehicle was I rode in was, if I wasn't in a rush I would have cancelled the ride. The Driver was rude and did not even assist me or even offer when I was removing my daughters stroller and bags out of the car and when I contacted the company about it they did nothing about it, not even a refund. I took pictures and emailed them and they still nothing but a apology.

Not worth it. Take mass transit if you have to. These company will rip you off and charge you twice. I've experienced it on more than one occasion and they continue to justify it by saying its a hold and that they haven't charged you when I clearly get a notification from my bank. These ride sharing apps are trash.
