nothing sets this apart from other financial platforms, would gice it three stars in that regard. customer service is completely unhelpful, though, bringing this down to one star.

Wanted information
Hard to locate information. Asking chat room did not answer question. App not as easy to navigate as some claim. For the rookie, takes time to figure it out.

I normally don't rate apps but maybe this will actually get some attention. I normally appreciate [phone] investing. They became my investing home after Motif closed down. But now my Roth IRA has been sitting with buying power for over a month and it isn't buying. No response yet to my email. If I miss this dip in the market I'm going to be mad.

Stolen money
I had $63 in the account they closed the account for no reason and I haven't seen hide or hare of my money don't use thiss app unless you like giving money away.

iOS requirements
This app works well and I love it until I can no longer use it because of iOS 15 or later requirements. I love my iPhone 7 Plus as it really soothe me. However, I could no longer check my account coz my phone is outdated for the app! This is ridiculous! It stops my access to my account unless I log in through the site on my computer. Why don't they just let me use it with this phone. I want they to make it available to any phone version, I believe it is my right.
