Tried log in said account locked and should setup new account. Tried to setup new account website sent me in circles. Frustrating!!!!!

the login is terrible it kicks me off no matter how many times I put in the correct password. then it makes me remake a whole new password..it's frustrating. it does it EVERY time

I cannot get on my compass because it says to login I've never logged in I don't have my compass. I'm trying to renew my Medicaid. And all I do is get the sites that I cannot use.

I wanted to upload some the of the forms that I needed to turn in qnd it would not let me. It kept saying loading document... I did get rid of the app and I'm going to re install in hopes it works better this time. So far, not helpful at all. Edited: reinstalled and is still not working. Deleting this app. Until it's fixed and actually works.

this app is the worst, the number you have provided for HELP is not available, so how do you give help, I have tried over n over again to sign In , log in , it keeps asking for a username, passwords , then try to change them, then its telling me I'm not the head of my own household , so now what do I do, nobody ever picks up the phone after being on hold for 35 min. I just need to get to My account, why is it so hard!

I typically do not review apps under normal circumstances, however this app is majorly aggravating. Being forced to change passwords regularly is utterly ridiculous. I often misremember what passwords i have, and have not used,making things very confusing very quickly. All so i can log in to an account which typically locks me out, forcing me to create countless new accounts These arbitrary security measures have me dreading attempting to log in, for just the simplest of tasks.
