Keeps getting worse
How does this keep getting worse every time they overhaul it? There should be minimal taps to get to the subway arrival times. And with each update they bury them further. Also for some reason the subway lines are laid out south to north by default which is the opposite of what it used to be and opposite what's on the website. I've made mta.info a shortcut on my phone and just use that instead. This app is a joke.

Nothing on this app works use literally any other app to figure out where you need to go, their latest update completely broke it

Terrible update
This new update is beyond terrible. Requires user to click so many times before arriving to the information that was easily accesible in the last one version. It's not clean or easily manageable for someone that rides the subway everyday. I hope the developers take this feedback and revert back to the old one or create a more user friendly app.

The new app is a disaster... bring back the old one. So many clicks to find what you need... definitely not an improvement and definitely not user friendly.

Used to be perfect!
I don't know what happened with the redesign. Made it harder to use and understand, especially the bus routes.

The old "myMTA" app was slow, janky, and unreliable. This is leagues better and now has enough features to replace the third-party app I was using (as well as having to pin PDF maps offline in Google Drive). I love being able to Favorite stations as well as lines, and I find it very easy to use. My problem is that I can't use this offline whatsoever; I get a Google Play interface telling me to connect again, so I can't even use offline subway and bus maps. View offline schedules would be nice.

Miss the old app
I am experiencing all the same issues echoed throughout the reviews. Where I was once able to click twice and find what I needed, I am totally baffled by the new app. I figured I needed to give it time and I'd acclimate, but I only use it when I need it (which, for me, is not daily) so I've forgotten how to use it subsequent times. When you have less than a minute to make transit decisions, the old app was a great tool. Now, for me, not so much. Also… it's bonkers that I can use my phone browser to find more accurate information on BusTime.MTA.info than the app. My browser gives real time info while the official app gives me scheduled times (which are, at best, [name] % correct?). I've missed or waited on buses that weren't even coming due to this. As a designer I have empathy for the UX/UI side of this… it has to be hard to hear folks saying they keep trying to understand the app when it should be the most intuitive thing to use.

App is really bad. Inaccurate times and non existent trains with the new update. Bring back the old app.

I enjoyed the old UI, This new interface seems similar to that of the transit app which I dislike. The old version of this app was way better and faster.
