Everything works great I got my PC from here but it was supposed to come with a 25 dollar gift card and I have yet to receive it. I tried looking for your customer service but I couldn't find it.

First laptop I purchased had a faulty GPU so I returned it and purchased another laptop that was on sale, after approximately 5 days after the expected delivery date of the second laptop it was still stuck at "label created" meaning newegg never actually gave the laptop to UPS for shipment, filed a claim and very clearly requested I wanted them to send me the laptop and NOT refund me, the person I was messaging clearly acknowledged that he'd put an order in for a replacement but ordered a refund

Beware of newegg! I ordered 2 iPads and the order went through and I was waiting for delivery . Out of the blue I got a notification the order was cancelled and they kept the money ! I found a great deal and I guess they changed their mind and kept my money anyway!?

As others have said, viewing photos of a product in the app leaves you stuck viewing photos. There is no 'x' to close out and I have to close the app manually. Seems like this should have been foxed, but I've been dealing with this problem for a few weeks at least.

The PayPal checkout button would partially load, and then the PayPal screen would close out automatically and not move forward. Had to hold off and try a couple more times the next day, and it finally worked. Other than that, neat app.

App works great, need an option to add delivery instructions with address like a gate code. My delivery was rerouted for pickup and delayed, and I am unable to drive currently. Will cost me extra to retrieve my package
