Accounts Not Showing Up
I opened a support ticket on 4/6 and again today. No response aside from an automated email directing me to FAQ (already viewed - nothing helpful). I can't use this app if I'm not able to link ALL my accounts. So far only 2 credit card accounts linked successfully. I have about 4-6 more that and I go through the process and get to the end it tells me I've successfully added the accounts. I return to the empower app and NOTHING is showing up. I try to add the accounts again and it even shows the account information is saved and I have to select “manage account” and go through the same process just to have them NOT SHOW ANY INFO IN THE APP. I really thought I finally found the best replacement for mint but as of right it's completely useless. At least with mint /CK I can actually add my accounts. Very irritating, hopefully support actually responds and fixes this issue. I want to use the is app!!!

Poor
Doesn't keep track of expenses very well, if you're lucky it will update your accounts once a week. I would like a way to refresh this information when I need it, completely defeats the purpose of knowing how much I'm spending when it's not up to date. It also misses transactions that occur at the end of the month.

Pretty good, but could use some quality of life improvements
For example: Allow me to change the date of a transaction Allow me to set a transaction label to always be my custom label for every future transaction from the same store. If I but something from Walmart. Allow me to change the default to Walmart, not general merchandise

Problem Solving
No one to reach out to, when a problem exists. No chat, no e-Mail, no phone number. And you want me to trust your people with my financial investments. When I have a wonderful, working app, where problems can be solved quickly, maybe. But until then, no way!

Great design and features - could use improvement
I like how all of the spending categories in the budgeting section are organized. I have to manually categorize all lot of transactions that it doesn't get right automatically but other than that it works well. Keeping bank accounts and credit card accounts linked is somewhat inconsistent, but it could be on my bank's end as they have not been very user friendly in the past. My SoFi accounts have no issues. Apple Card always gives me problems but I've read about other problems that other people have experienced with them, so I doubt that is Empower's fault.

Empower denies me access to my account
Empower denies me access to my account. It says that I need to reset my password. It emails me a link that repeatedly fails. Then it tells me that I have exceeded designated attempts for the day and try again tomorrow. I've looked at a contact for support. I find nothing. Empower is a piece of junk. When I did find a support link, it requires that I SIGN IN!!!! That's the problem I need support on!!! If their support is this bad, imagine what their advice must be like.

Accounts not linked properly
I added my checking and savings accounts, and things went ok for a bit. But suddenly, while my account balances report ok, but VERY slowly, my transactions do not show up. I've submitted a support request, but after a week, still no reply, absolute silence.
