I know you're part of NetSpend and I saw that a bunch of money was transferred into an account there and I still can't find it tomorrow's the last day I had to save my kids and I have to leave them again

Buggy setup and failure of support
At every step of set up, I hit some kind of error wall saying I had to contact their support which translates to being on hold for hours at a time, and when you finally get through: support people who hardly can help. During account setup, before I even set up my password it locked me out of my account. Then once they finally let me access my account after accusing me of trying to setup multiple accounts, I tried to activate my card. Again errors. Support's only advice has been to delete the app and reinstall. It didn't work so now I have gone through this whole process to end up not being able to use my card due to buggy software that they lean the entire user experience on, which to be fair would make sense if it worked. But that's one big if.

Tons of bugs and lacks offerings/products. For example, the app keeps asking me to set up a 4 digit login pin everytime i sign in, and it never retains the pin so i have to sign in woth my password everytime. Also not compatible with Zelle, doesnt offer credit cards or loan products, and no investment/brokerage options available. If it weren't for the high savings rate, i would close account immediately.

user friendly app that clearly details spending amd helps set budgets. only drawback is cant transfer money to external accounts but can connect it to venmo to switch funds.

1000%agrre with every complaint review given. I was sebt a defective SIM for my BYOP with keep YON option. 12 days of hours and hours waiting for assistance. Disconnected.transferred then closing lines at quit time. Bit able to understand MIST THICK speedy accent then treated rudely for askobg to slow down and not talk too close to mouth piece was a continual issue. Wait time was 6 HOURS 17 minutes my 1st time trying for help. Now NO tracking nor record of my current MIA free phone! ABORT!

I had technical issues when trying to creat an account. However, CS will communicate with you only if you have an Account Holder! !!! Not a very good introduction. Stay away from this bank.

Doesn't actually let you open a savings account without setting up direct deposit, but it doesn't tell you that until after you open a checking account. It just tricks you. This, combined with questionable political positions, removed all my interest from Porte.

Has a couple glitches as far as my mobile passcode not showing all 9 numbers but it's a great app.
