Too many ads. Have to subscribe to actually play. The variety of puzzles is great, but unless you subscribe, you can only play one or two games a day. They don't give you enough green tokens to play whatever you want. The amount of ads is also really annoying. I just want to do the puzzles.

iCloud Save does not work
I've hade the yearly subscription for several years, which isn't cheap ($45/yr). When I upgraded to a new device, the data did not transfer in the iCloud as the app says it will. Also, data transfer between apple devices rarely works. Otherwise, the games are fun and worthwhile.

Unnecessary ads!
This app was the best thing ever until they added ads after each puzzle you complete. It makes using the app unpleasant.

App constantly resets game. Packs hardly ever appear after purchase. Used to love playing this game, but now have a hard time enjoying it. Too many bugs to enjoy.
