Extra payment on home equity
I am making extra payments on my Home Equity to pay it off early. I would like the entire amount applied to the principal. Since the regular payment is done automatically AND interest is taken out of that too it seems as though I'm not making all the progress I could be.

What the app is missing

Inconsistent app, have to close and reopen the app just to get the login screen to come up. Random errors prevent you from logging in, but close the app and reopen it and you can log in. Terrible banking app, in my experience.

The App is down yet again...It stopped functioning April 9, 2024. It's now April 11, 2024, and here I am again. As before, It's necessary to reboot the phone to sign out. I can see the contents of my accounts, (a slight improvement) but am unable to access transaction details. As before, all my other Apps are functioning normally, and a Norton Virus check is negative. I've been a customer for two decades. I'm now seriously reevaluating that position. 💀

HORRIBLE
for the love of god please fix the app and its bugs. idk why it's always lagging and signing me out, then i have to answer security questions. or it says request failed. this app needs fixing
