My experience with this airline's customer service was extremely disappointing. When I had to cancel a flight and book another one for the next day, the representative provided conflicting information about what fees I would incur. Despite my explicit inquiries, they failed to give me accurate quotes for upcoming flights and neglected to disclose all the associated charges. After I submitted payment, I discovered significant discrepancies in the charges, including unexpected fees for cancellation, phone assistance, and rebooking. Not only was I misled about the total cost, but I also realized I was charged for services I did not agree to or receive. This lack of transparency and poor communication left me feeling frustrated and deceived. I expect better service and honesty from an airline, and this experience fell far short of my expectations.

Work for me
I'm a Free Spirit and the app works for me! Much better than Frontier, I found out recently. The only issue I have is that the app doesn't show prices for alternative dates when booking like the site does. I'm not able to change cities and dates without beginning a brand new search. This is a minor inconvenience…everything else is fine. Also it would be if points and cash prices could be shown simultaneously. Thank you Soirit!

I open the app to get my boarding pass that I've loaded before. The app spins. I guess it needs to contact the Internet? My boarding pass doesn't load. Good thing I took a screen shot or I would miss my flight just waiting for the app to load the thing it already should have had. (If the phone is in pure airplane mode it uses the cached boarding pass but if you have poor coverage then it needs to double check)

help chat was hard to access and customer service person was distracted. seemed to be trying to do 10 chats at once. took an hour to get a simple question answered
