Works but bare minimum

App works for credit card account. However, now forced to go paperless or pay 1.99 for statement. OK. But NO statements on app, only active period charges and when period closes……no more access to that info. So can't ever see any statements unless pay for them to be delivered snail mail. Every other app provides statements….. but not this one. Not even instructions on where or how to get them if they are even available.

It's not real user friendly and it's kinda slow. Navigation is not very intuitive.

Statements

The app is ok but, it doesn't show statements. It only shows recent purchases and older purchases. I wish they would fix this issue.

Recent update made it unusable for me

I am blind and use voiceover on my iPhone to use apps. Before the update yesterday, I was able to click on my account and see all of my positions and see them change in real time. The update has removed that or hidden it in such a way that I can not find it. at this point, I have no idea what my money is doing.

Big security risk in this app. Anyone can sign in using anyone's phone number to an account. Most of the companies specially banks are incorportaing mfa like OTP amd seeing this flaw in your app. I am going to stay away from this with my hard earned money.
