these scooters are a joke its not even funny
they never work if a scooter bay is full u have to go somewhere probably longer than the journey u got to drop the scooter off they always think im in a no go zone when im not they sometimes just stop when ur going fast on a road they always take random money out my bank when im not using them horribly bad dont advise instead walk or get a bike

Today was the second time the scooter didn't work, but the initial base fee was deducted but not returned! I don't think that's very fair!!

So painful to use the app, driving license won't validate, tried to hire a bike, payment method a pain to set up, abandonned it. What a nightmare.

Every second scooter is defective, it is not taken care of and if one goes, then only on the outward journey, on the return journey the scooter is "currently not available", no one should spend money on the dirt

Scrolling doesn't respond - there are some buttons under the map, but I can't get to them. I also can't get to the price list. Without a price list, I don't put the card number, so I uninstalled the application.

You're really good, but I'm too often lucky with broken scooters that don't step on the gas. In addition, I have to admit that you usually have 2 or no scooters on site and therefore impossible for me to use you every day. Unfortunately, from next month it will be back to the competition.

Used once and last time. I'm leaving for a 35mins trip, which I'm forced to convert to 50mins because the whole city of Lille has become a red zone, so it's impossible to drop off the scooter. I had to cross the periphery to find a parking area, but the app couldn't detect that I was in a parking zone. In the end, I paid 1h05 until I understood that it wasn't a problem with the location but the app. The customer service is responsive thankfully.

Outrageous maintenance of vehicles and sickly high prices. I drove only one and a half kilometers with one vehicle and then it broke down and I lost 8.52z! The next two scooters in a row moved no more than 7km/h... Something like that won't encourage people to be eco-friendly. I prefer my diesel. The case will most likely be reported to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
