App is good but I wish I could say the same about their Internet. I've never had worse internet. Placed the router all over my home and still does not get any better. I left Verizon FiOS because they were more expensive but guess what? I rather pay double than I pay for Tmobile's trash home internet. Sorry Tmobile maybe better luck next time....

Easy set up , cheaper then spectrum Internet, but I tried it two days ago unfortunately the Internet speed was to slow for me so I returned it the next day

Why are you guys emailing me and texting me everyday all day? I went to the store. I asked them to stop you. I don't need you to do this. I don't need you to text me everyday for nothing. Because when I call you and I give that dumb guy my email. Or I'll give him my phone number or I'll give him any kind of information, especially my password and he can't get it.It's a pain , and if you all don't stop , i'm gonna have to get somebody else to be my carrier , cause you're not the only one here ,

I keep getting a weak signal and that effects watching TV at night. Try to download a app and it keeps buffering. I'm not happy with this at all

Transfer from Tmobile subway to T Mobile direct and it's awful they didn't set up and still subway stuff comes out. I give the points because the signal takes the island and the United States.
